These Terms & Conditions govern your use of brookeloraco.homes, operated by Brookelora Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The website provides general information about the business, services, and contact options. Content may be updated, corrected, or removed without notice.
Submitting a form, email, or call does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee availability, pricing, scheduling, or acceptance of a project. Any estimate, scope, price, service date, payment terms, and commitments are subject to confirmation with the relevant provider and any separate written agreement.
Where this website connects visitors with another provider, that provider may operate independently and have its own terms, prices, policies, and obligations. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, referrals do not guarantee a third party's performance. Confirm the provider's identity, qualifications, insurance, scope, and terms before engaging them.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit knowingly false or unlawful information, introduce malicious code, or use website content in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, design, graphics, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by the business or its licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its materials without permission, except where law allows.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or that every item of information will be complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brookelora Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that law does not permit us to limit.
Your use of this website may involve handling personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for details.
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable law and venue depend on the business and circumstances. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
